Business Development Manager

Neara

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for France and broader Francophone markets. • Own the entire sales process, from cold outreach and initial discovery to navigating complex sales processes. • Manage long-term consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical pilots, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to localize our value proposition. • Cultivate deep relationships not just with operators, but with the EPCs and consulting firms.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise software directly to utility companies.
  • Significant experience in Geospatial (GIS), Construction Tech, Engineering Software, or Infrastructure Digital Twins.
  • Thrive in 6-month+ sales cycles.
  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English are required.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Ability to leverage global support teams to scale efforts.

Role Description - Assurer la gestion administrative et logistique de formations des agents dans un service déconcentré - Participer à l'élaboration du plan de formation local (recensement des besoins collectifs et individuels, analyse des besoins, supports de communication) - Élaborer le planning des sessions de formation - Gérer les formations sur le plan administratif, logistique et financier - Gérer la formation de la procédure d'inscription administrative jusqu'à la clôture d'une session (réservation et équipements, en présentiel et à distance, convocations, annulations, émargement) - Mettre en œuvre les dispositifs de formation en adéquation avec les orientations nationales et locales et les priorités définies - Recueillir, analyser les commandes de formation adressées par les organismes, administrations et autres partenaires aux fins de consultation et décision de la direction Positionnement dans la structure au sein du secrétariat général, rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement à la Secrétaire Générale et fonctionnellement à la Secrétaire Générale adjointe en charge de la RH.
