• Manage and successfully deliver our European Operational Technology professional services portfolio • Develop and execute project plans that align with organizational objectives and commitments • Outline timelines, incorporating key milestones for invoicing and labor requirements • Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting • Implement cost control measures and optimize resource allocation • Communicate project progress and challenges to executives and project sponsors • Establish and enforce project governance standards and procedures • Guide, mentor and inspire diverse project teams • Champion professional development for team members • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in the power utilities industry with depth knowledge of the power infrastructure in at least two of the following areas: generation, transmission, and distribution
  • PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus
  • Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in customer interaction and adept problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects
  • Proven record managing multicultural technical teams within a matrix-based organisation
  • Extensive experience in the software or process within the utilities industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English verbal and writing skills; a second language is advantageous
  • Regional travel (Europe) between 25%-75% of the time depending on demands
