STADIUM
• Drive end-to-end execution for complex, cross-functional, multi-team initiatives from planning through release and post-launch follow-up. • Ensure clarity on deliverables, ownership, and timelines across all departments. • Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps in partnership with Product Owners. • Coordinate with Engineering Leads on sprint planning, resource allocation, and technical dependencies. • Balance delivery timelines with quality and business priorities while identifying and mitigating risks. • Align execution with business objectives by collaborating with the CTO, CEO, and functional heads. • Act as the primary communication bridge between teams and leadership. • Champion Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean practices and facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Continuously refine delivery processes to improve velocity, communication, and quality. • Mentor mid-level PMs and team coordinators and help scale delivery frameworks across the organization. • Maintain transparency and operational efficiency using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable. • Communicate progress and blockers clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Job Requirements
- 6–10 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager in a product-based or technology-driven organization.
- Proven experience managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies and high visibility.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles.
- Experience working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation abilities.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
