• Design, architect, and build a multi-tenant OpenShift cluster on bare metal • Configure and maintain all aspects of the OpenShift platform for high availability, scalability, and security • Define and implement networking, storage, ingress, monitoring, and logging • Develop detailed architecture documents, blueprints, and SOPs • Lead and execute migration of existing workloads from on-premise and Azure environments to OpenShift • Ensure smooth onboarding for multiple AI-focused client tenants with isolated environments • Support DevOps team with advanced Linux/OpenShift troubleshooting • Implement and enforce RBAC, tenant isolation, resource quotas, and compliance controls • Optimize performance for AI-heavy workloads running on GPU-enabled infrastructure • Own operational stability, platform upgrades, and monitoring
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of deep hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Proven experience designing, building, and managing bare metal OpenShift clusters
- Solid understanding of Linux internals, container runtimes, networking, and troubleshooting
- Experience with application migration from both on-premise and Azure environments into OpenShift
- Strong experience with multi-tenancy architecture, including workload isolation and security
- Familiarity with storage (CSI), networking (CNI), and service mesh implementations
- Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform) and CI/CD automation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or equivalent Linux certification
- Familiarity with AI/ML compute environments (e.g., GPU workloads, NVIDIA operators)
- Experience with hybrid cloud or edge computing models
- Exposure to enterprise-grade security, compliance, and policy enforcement

Role Description Le/la technicien (ne) du pôle Ingénierie et sécurité routière est sous l'autorité hiérarchique du responsable du pôle ingénierie et sécurité routière. Il/elle a des relations avec tous les services de la DIR, potentiellement avec la DMR, les préfectures, les DDT et les DREAL de zone en astreinte. Le/la technicien (ne) a pour mission : - Examiner des dossiers d'exploitation sous chantier - Exploiter des données de trafic et élaboration de bilans (annuel type « Bilan estival » ou répondants à une commande) - Produire des études susceptibles d'alimenter les plans d'exploitation du réseau - Étudier la mise en oeuvre d'équipements dynamiques d'exploitation (PMV - SRDT - Vidéo, ...) - Participer à l'analyse stratégique et élaboration des programmes de signalisation permanente (directionnelle et touristique) et aux mises aux normes et des travaux neufs en matière de signalisation de police - Produire des avis sur dossier (APS, APSM, DCE...) en termes de sécurité routière (signalisations, dispositifs de retenue, implantation des ITPC, des PAU...) - Participer à la maîtrise d'ouvrage des opérations concernant la sécurité routière (ASIL, PRAS, ISRI) et de participer au pilotage de la Démarche SURE - Exploiter des données Viabilité Hivernale et élaborer des bilans VH Qualifications - Connaître la réglementation dans le domaine des équipements de la route et de l'ingénierie routière (voirie routière, signalisation, code du travail, code de la route, ...) - Connaître la rédaction et le suivi des marchés publics - Connaître le pilotage des études - Savoir effectuer des analyses de sécurité routière - Savoir gérer des crises routières Requirements - Connaître l'infrastructure et son environnement - Connaître les circuits administratifs et juridiques Benefits - Travailler en réseau et en équipe projet - Instaurer des relations de qualité avec les différents partenaires - Communication (interne, institutionnels, usagers) et gestion du stress - Modes d'acquisition : formation continue, compagnonnage
• Interface with multiple internal stakeholders and external suppliers/manufacturers • Provide obsolescence engineering support to multiple program integrated product teams (IPT's.) • Review component specifications to determine applicable part requirements • Review procurement history to determine part availability and possible • Utilize internal tools and external subscription services to aid in determining part availability • Updating RTX obsolescence tools to ensure part availability and mitigation data is tracked • Generating obsolescence reports
• Verify AI-related sophisticated ASIC designs & features with formal verification methods. • Partner with architecture/RTL teams to specify properties, resolve deep design issues, and influence micro-architecture decisions. • Leverage and unleash the power of formal verification to rigorously verify critical design properties and ensure compliance with specifications. • Develop and implement advanced formal verification environments and methodologies for complex ASIC designs. • Train and coach junior engineers on formal techniques and standard processes; Help on methodology/FAQ documentation. • Support silicon bring-up and debug using formal methods where it applies.
• Develop all aspects of the scope, project development schedule, and costs for the customer proposal. • Work with sales team, customers, and project manager to help scope, estimate, and sell the project. • Create, analyze, and negotiate sub-contractor proposals to ensure all customer contract proposal aspects will be met. • Consult project management staff to outline work plans and delegate duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. • Review and analyze status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required including generating tasks, estimates, dependencies, and/or milestones during project development. • Create cost estimates for HVAC piping and sheet metal improvements. • Create project scheduling using MS Project, MS Excel, or other tools needed to ensure project development milestones and deadlines are met. • Work with the sales and fulfillment teams to plan and conduct client, project, and internal meetings to ensure clear communication. • Analyze and select system types and create conceptual designs for HVAC systems. • Balance and manage multiple projects in development with multiple sub-contractors and complete project development within initial scope, schedule, and budget. • Develop and maintain subcontracting partner relationships. • Follow and implement all safety and policy compliances to ensure a safe and satisfying work environment. • Create and maintain the accuracy of the forecasted cost, time, and customer satisfaction at completion of project development phase. • Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff. • Examine and review contracts and estimates by performing risk analysis and developing risk plans. • Transition to Service Operations when sale has been finalized.
