COGS/Inventory Controller
Solventum
• Coordinating month end close activities with cross functional teams within finance for US and Canada Inventory and COGS • Maintaining financial data integrity and accuracy for the Company’s US and Canadian subsidiaries • Preparing for deployment of S/4 for US and Canada and future Subsidiary deployments • Ensuring compliance with company policy, US GAAP, and SOX Controls for Inventory/COGS • Partner with Global Supply Chain Finance organization to understand inventory movements • Work closely with internal audit team to develop and maintain strong internal controls • Partnering with our service provider to ensure compliance with deadlines, processes and metrics • Mentoring, training and building a positive team environment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (7) seven years of finance, accounting job experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in an MBA or graduate degree in finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified management Accountant (CMA)
- Strong SAP and other systems knowledge
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
