VIP Relationship Manager

OKX

• Your primary goal will be to drive trading volume and maximize Assets Under Management (AUM) in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients. • Formulate a revenue strategy and optimization plan based on OKX's European product offerings. Collaborate closely with the product team to gather feedback from clients, identify optimization opportunities, and enhance relevant product features. • Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the company's overall strategic direction. Lead partnership efforts in Europe by identifying suitable partners and executing negotiations to expand reach and revenue streams. • Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and key clients in Europe, ensuring positive customer experiences through proactive account management. Build long-lasting client relationships to secure referrals and originate new prospective clients, while working with operations to address potential roadblocks. • Oversee legal and compliance aspects, including adherence to the relevant regulations, client KYC/AML processes, and reporting to ensure all activities meet the highest standards. Serve as a brand ambassador, educating customers on OKX's full value proposition, from trading tools to yield products, while escalating feedback to improve platform compliance and user experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience in fintech/crypto).
  • Fluency in English and Polish, with additional CEE languages (e.g., Russian, Ukrainian) considered a strong plus for regional client engagement.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in VIP business development and account management within crypto, fintech, trading, or wealth management, ideally in Poland or CEE.
  • Track record of driving trading volume, AUM growth, and high-value client onboarding/retention in competitive markets like spot, margin, or derivatives trading.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, user behavior metrics, and performance dashboards for revenue optimization and product feedback loops.
  • Deep familiarity with crypto products (e.g., perpetuals, staking, Earn, fiat integrations) and trading platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, with experience managing VIPs such as HNWI, family offices, prop trading desks.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a history of exceeding KPIs in user acquisition, retention, and revenue targets through data-driven strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of MiCA, MFSA, AML/KYC, EDD, and CEE financial regulations, including cross-border licensing and risk management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with legal, product, and ops teams to mitigate compliance risks while enhancing client experiences.
  • Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
