International 360 Recruitment Consultant – ERP, Enterprise Technology
Remote Recruitment
• Originate new business with UK and European clients operating within ERP and enterprise technology environments • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition through to placement • Qualify complex enterprise technology hiring requirements, understanding commercial drivers, delivery pressures, and stakeholder priorities • Engage confidently with senior ERP professionals and enterprise stakeholders • Influence client hiring processes, timelines, and decision-making to reduce drop-off and improve outcomes • Build long-term client partnerships rather than transactional relationships • Balance technology and tools with strong human selling skills • Take full ownership of pipeline, revenue, and performance in a remote-first environment
Job Requirements
- Proven revenue-generating experience in agency recruitment or B2B sales
- Experience operating in international recruitment markets (UK, Europe, or US)
- Demonstrated success in a 360 recruitment model
- Comfortable recruiting into specialist or niche markets rather than purely generalist roles
- Evidence of resilience in competitive or candidate-driven markets
- Ability to sell credibly without scripts, presentations, or over-reliance on AI/automation
- Strong judgement, emotional control, and professional maturity
- Fully remote-ready with reliable internet and availability aligned to UK working hours
- 4+ years’ experience in agency recruitment
- Prior exposure to ERP, enterprise systems, or specialist technology recruitment
- Experience working with senior consultants, contractors, or transformation-led hiring
- Comfortable challenging clients on process, urgency, and market realities
- Motivated by long-term performance and reputation rather than short-term experimentation
