• Outbound Sales Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, email, and other approved channels to generate interest and book qualified sales conversations. • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups. • Sales Conversion: Qualify prospects, present ELVTR’s high-ticket educational offerings, and close deals. • CRM Management: Accurately log all outreach activities, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system. • Performance Tracking: Monitor personal sales metrics and continuously work toward exceeding targets. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to align outreach strategies and messaging. • Market Feedback: Share insights from outbound conversations to help improve messaging, targeting, and product positioning.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outbound Sales Experience: Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or prospecting—ideally in a high-ticket or consultative sales environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and modern online communication platforms.
- Strong Cognitive Skills: Ability to understand and discuss complex educational products with a well-educated audience.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Remote Readiness: Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a phone/headset suitable for professional sales calls.

Qualifications - 5+ years of SaaS sales experience. - Proven success in closing new logo opportunities. - Consistent track record of hitting goals/quota. - Demonstrated success in relationship building, stakeholder management, pipeline management, prospecting, complex procurement mechanisms, contract negotiation, and closing customers. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent. - Experience leveraging Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and/or comparable tools.
