You’ll work opportunities generated by our SDR/BDR teams and focus on running a disciplined, consultative sales process that drives predictable revenue. Our average deal size is ~$50K ARR within a fairly transactional sales cycle, so this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-velocity, value-driven environment. The choice is yours! The base salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience with uncapped commission ($250,000 - $300,000+ OTE). Responsibilities - Own and close qualified inbound and outbound opportunities sourced by SDR/BDR teams - Run a consultative sales process using SPIN selling and discovery-first techniques - Identify customer pain points, business impact, and buying motivations to align solutions effectively - Manage your pipeline rigorously to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent deal progression - Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful onboarding - Maintain detailed, up-to-date CRM records and follow defined sales processes - Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience as an Account Executive or similar closing role
  • Proven success closing ~$50K–$100K ARR deals in a fast-moving sales environment
  • Strong experience with consultative selling methodologies (SPIN selling)
  • Comfortable running structured discovery and uncovering business pain, urgency, and impact
  • Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and deal prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously within a shorter sales cycle
  • Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience selling complex B2B solutions is a plus

  • Maintaining a healthy, well-qualified pipeline with accurate forecasts
  • Driving high win rates through strong discovery and value-based selling
  • Building trust with prospects by acting as a business advisor, not just a seller
