• Drive direct sales of Trimble Nova and integrated MEP solutions to key stakeholders. • Lead engaging product demonstrations and manage contract negotiations, owning the sales process from initial prospecting through to successful close. • Strategically manage your territory through proactive lead generation and market analysis to identify and pursue new growth opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Presales, and Customer Success to deliver seamless, high-impact solutions to our clients.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in consultative sales of technical software or complex industrial solutions.
- Strong technical or commercial background, ideally with knowledge of the AECO industry or MEP workflows.
- Fluent in German (native/near-native) with professional proficiency in English.

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow MESO’s customer base across the Southeast • Identify and secure new business through cold outreach, jobsite visits, referrals, and industry networking • Serve as an active field presence, traveling throughout the region to meet customers and support sales initiatives • Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet managers, operations leaders, and decision-makers • Lead contract discussions and close service agreements aligned with company growth goals • Partner closely with operations and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and strong customer satisfaction • Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Maintain accurate CRM records including pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting • Represent MESO at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
