Channel Sales Manager
Flashpoint Venture Capital
• Develop and implement joint business plans that don't just hit targets but create long-term, scalable productivity within the partner network • A proven track record of growing revenue through channel partnerships by focusing on customer-centric outcomes rather than transactional sales • Deliver high-impact training sessions that empower partners to articulate our value in Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and Vulnerability Intelligence • Have the ability to influence at all levels—from a partner’s junior analyst to their C-suite, while navigating the complexities of the east coast cybersecurity market • Leverage CRM data and emerging AI sales tools to provide insights into partner performance and market trends • By 30 days: • You will have mapped the existing partner landscape and identified the "white space" for revenue growth. • You'll be (somewhat) fluent in our Flashpoint Ignite platform and how it solves critical risk challenges for global enterprises. • You started building relationships with key stakeholders • By 60 days: • Start developing and executing a strategy for managing and growing channel partnerships. • You will take full ownership of the partner pipeline, qualifying incoming requests with a focus on quality over quantity • By 90 days • You have implemented optimized engagement strategies that are showing measurable increases in partner-sourced leads and revenue conversion • You are a self-sufficient engine of growth
Job Requirements
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth through the design and execution of strategic partner programs within a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based technology environment.
- The ability to rapidly translate complex technical solutions, such as those in cybersecurity, data intelligence, or enterprise risk into clear, outcome-based value propositions for partners and their customers.
- Expertise in the full partner journey, from qualifying and onboarding high-potential resellers to conducting the ongoing enablement and business planning required to ensure long-term productivity.
- Negotiation and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build "trusted advisor" relationships with partner stakeholders ranging from technical leads to executive decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% and reside on the east coast of the United States.
