Job Description

Sales Coordinator

Taconic Biosciences

• Support commercial sales activities by preparing product quotes and coordinating pricing information • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations • Maintain pricing, product, and customer information to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines • Process and track sales-related documentation, including quotes, orders, and supporting materials • Serve as a point of contact for internal sales teams regarding quote status and pricing details • Collaborate across functions to resolve pricing, order, or documentation issues • Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales administration tasks in accordance with procedures

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, quoting, or related business operations
  • Experience performing skilled or technical assignments requiring independent problem-solving within established guidelines and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accuracy under deadlines
  • Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and standard office software
  • Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
