Payroll & HR Executive
EDGE
• Own the full spectrum of payroll processing and administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders on all pay components • Ensure end-to-end payroll execution meets quality standards and statutory requirements • Investigate, manage, and resolve payroll-related queries, discrepancies, and disputes in a timely and professional manner • Administer and maintain Time & Attendance, Leave, and Pay modules within the HR system • Ensure compliance with country-specific labour laws, statutory contributions, and payroll regulations • Support and manage core HR administrative processes, including employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes • Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records across systems and files • Ensure ongoing compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and internal governance requirements • Support HR reporting, audits, and documentation as required • Support the performance management and appraisal process
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Payroll specialist
- Good knowledge in Singapore and Malaysia Employment and Income Tax Act
- Exhibit strong understanding of local laws and compliance standards
- Demonstrate a proven track record in effectively handling employee relations
- Proficient in Google Applications and tech-savvy
- Display a high degree of responsiveness to HR-related needs
- Strong administrative skills and stakeholder management ability
