Account Coordinator

Envision Horizons

• Manage and optimize brand performance on Amazon. • Maintain product catalogs, monitor account health, troubleshoot listing or compliance issues. • Ensure smooth operations across all aspects of the Amazon platform. • Work closely with clients and internal teams to upload product feeds, resolve backend challenges. • Drive continuous growth through performance tracking and process improvement. • Open, manage, and follow through on cases with Amazon Support to resolve account-related challenges. • Track, analyze, and report key account performance metrics to support compliance and growth. • Set up and coordinate FBA shipments.

Job Requirements

  • C1–C2 English proficiency and at least two years of Amazon experience (required).
  • Advanced Amazon catalog skills, including bulk uploads and product feed troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon policies, listing guidelines, and best practices.
  • Proficient with MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for e-commerce and working with diverse clients and brands.
