Payment Gateways Manager

Mashreq

• Responsible for supporting the critical applications of the banks payments processing platform. • Works effectively with the business stakeholders, internal teams and vendor in ensuring the product stability. • Ensure payments support strategy are aligned with the management objectives and goals. • Will work as an individual contributor to the payments support team and ensuring high quality of delivery and cross functional expertise with the team. • Use strategic, new & emerging technologies in payments domain, to uplift and modernize Mashreq’s Local Currency Payments /Foreign Currency Payments /Core Banking Payment Gateway (OBPM) Middleware and automation platforms. • Deliver critical business solutions in accordance with Bank’s guidelines and values.

Job Requirements

  • Major responsibility includes Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Documentation, Development, SIT-UAT and critical production support.
  • Conduct Change implementation
  • Accountable for 24*7 support of critical applications ensuring no impact to customers or business
  • Ensure 100% system uptime.
