• Help to Improve and define our Environment and VFX workflows, tooling and shaders • Coming up with creative solutions to deliver polished and performant VR visuals • Identify and use wide range of Unity and standalone tools that best fit each task • Contribute to our hand-written HLSL über-shaders, ensuring they remain clean, optimised, and efficient • Create visual effects for Gameplay and UI and help teammates do the same • Resolve technical, visual and performance issues

• Own category sourcing and supplier strategy for 1–5 categories, including demand assessment, market analysis, sourcing approach, and supplier performance inputs. • Lead competitive sourcing events end-to-end, including: RFIs (information gathering and market capability assessment) RFPs (solution and commercial proposals) RFQs (pricing and specification-based quotes). • Develop and manage sourcing documentation: scopes of work, requirements, evaluation criteria, bid instructions, and award recommendations. • Build should-cost / pricing benchmarks and conduct commercial analysis (total cost, risk, service levels, lead times, contractual terms). • Drive supplier selection through structured evaluations (scorecards, stakeholder reviews, negotiation planning, and award governance). • Partner with Legal/Contracts, Finance, Operations, and key stakeholders to support contracting, supplier onboarding, and implementation. • Track category and sourcing event results (savings, cost avoidance, supplier performance, cycle time, risk mitigation). • Maintain awareness of supplier market trends, capacity constraints, and risk signals; propose mitigation plans when needed. • Manage multiple priorities and timelines while working independently with minimal supervision.

• Produce innovative solutions driven by exploratory data analysis from complex datasets • Apply knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming, data modelling, and advanced mathematics • Generate and test hypotheses and analyse results of product experiments • Work with product engineers to translate prototypes into new products, services, and features • Provide Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualisation support

• Develop and lead strategies for content initiatives, providing guidance on project intake, design, and development. • Write and iterate on systems prompts to evaluate and improve large-language model (LLM) outputs for specific product use cases. • Oversee and guide the execution of multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and program strategy. • Perform data exploration and analysis to produce actionable insights and reports for engineering, strategy, and product teams. • Define emergent opportunities and support the team in executing in highly ambiguous areas; nimble support and flexibility is required. • Design and implement scalable, adaptable processes, workflows, and content templates to support program growth and operational excellence. • Maintain commitment to accuracy and consistency in content review, including guidelines and AI model evaluation. • This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to child exploitation, graphic violence, animal abuse, self-injury, and offensive or disturbing material.

• Track and assess policy issues in the MENA region related to risks of on-platform harm across all Meta Family of Apps (FoAs) • Flag emerging risks and trends to the Public Policy team for proactive intervention • Triage inbound content related requests from external partners across the region • Coordinate with relevant internal teams to follow up and resolve cases • Escalate any blockages or unresolved issues to sub-regional heads or designated country Points of Contact (PoCs) • Ensure proper documentation, closure and external response for each case • Support MENA Policy Stakeholders in resolving access issues to FoAs • Manage account escalations from external partners such as verification and account ownership, including triaging, follow-up, and case closure • Escalate persistent issues to sub-regional heads or country PoCs (Please specify: "which entails xxx and xxx"—add details about specific account support tasks, e.g., verifying account ownership, facilitating access restoration, etc.) • Maintain the team calendar, including offsite dates, leave schedules, and key regional events • Liaise with the Strategy & Operations team on all budgetary matters to ensure compliance and efficiency • Manage contracts, invoicing, and budgetary quarterly reporting for the team.
