DTC Creative Strategist – Ecommerce
Paired
• Develop and lead multi-SKU ad creative across the customer journey • Craft and test messaging angles, formats, and frameworks that drive conversions • Use customer reviews, performance data, and market trends to prioritize concepts • Regularly script the following: ○ VSLs (Video Sales Letters) ○ UGC and VO-led ads ○ Short-form scripts and hooks ○ Static ad copy/concepts ○ Motion briefs (GIFs, animations) • Ensure each concept is emotionally resonant, platform-native, and conversion-optimized • Participate in review rounds with our in-house producer/editor team • Provide clear, constructive feedback to elevate quality and align with brand tone • Join weekly syncs with our internal creative and growth team • Collaborate on creator casting and brief development (we use Insense) • Recommend and help iterate on workflow improvements and testing strategy
Job Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in **DTC eCommerce, performance marketing, or creative strategy**
- Proven experience driving growth through **paid media creative**
- Deep understanding of **Meta and TikTok creative best practices**
- Strong grasp of eCommerce metrics: CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, MER
- Ability to turn data and insights into actionable creative direction
- Experience writing emotionally resonant copy
- Experience in guiding creative teams

Role Description The Senior Manager Ecommerce role is formally titled: Digital Product Owner Ecommerce within our organization. You will be responsible for defining, driving, and executing Ivoclar’s Ecommerce strategy. This role ensures that Ivoclar offers a state-of-the-art digital commerce solution supporting the markets in delivering measurable business growth both in direct and indirect business models. Providing excellent customer experience, enabling global product information & availability and integrates seamlessly into the MyIvoclar ecosystem.
