Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships within the industry, closing sales, presenting solutions, and maintaining long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth. - Sell entire Clinical and Technical product lines to dentists and laboratory technician customers and achieve yearly budgeted sales and expense goals. - Call on all company-authorized dealers, dental laboratories, and dental schools in an assigned territory. - Develop good business partnerships with dealers & their sales representatives and direct laboratory customers. - Maintain an effective and current sales plan for the assigned territory, including specific sales programs, strategies, and competitive product analysis. - Introduce new products/promotions and demonstrate the ability to gain market share. - Engage in problem solving to find workable solutions for customer product issues. - Perform as a technical and clinical consultant to answer basic technique challenges related to Ivoclar Vivadent products. - Participate in local dental study club product evaluation programs. - Prepare weekly expense and activity reports according to company policies. - Communicate weekly with the Regional Sales Manager when necessary. - Monitor and balance inventory as required. Qualifications - College Degree preferred along with 18 months of related experience. - Previous sales experience desired. - Technical and professional knowledge of dental sales and marketing desirable. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Good organizational and interpersonal skills. - A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a credit card is required. - Ability to travel overnight and for extended periods. Requirements - Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. - This position is not eligible for employer-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to join a dynamic and collaborative North America sales team. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships within the industry, closing sales, presenting solutions and maintaining long term partnerships that drive revenue growth. Position Responsibilities: - Call on all company authorized dealers in an assigned territory.
