Hire Overseas
• Engage leads immediately after webinar registration • Follow up via text, email, and Zoom to confirm attendance and answer questions • Build rapport and trust with business owners through clear, professional communication • Reduce drop-off between webinar registration and live or in-person attendance • Confirm attendance for in-person events and manage reminders and follow-ups • Handle logistics-related communication such as confirmations, reminders, and expectations • Maintain a high show-up rate through consistent, human follow-up • Conduct short qualification conversations to assess business fit • Confirm prospects align with the target audience before booking sales calls • Identify red flags early and route only qualified prospects forward • Book qualified prospects onto sales calls with the founder • Ensure clean handoffs with clear notes and context for each lead • Follow up with no-shows or reschedules to recover missed opportunities • Work inside GoHighLevel to manage conversations, tasks, and sequences • Keep lead records clean, accurate, and up to date • Follow established workflows while contributing feedback to improve them over time
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in sales development, appointment setting, or client qualification
- Experience working warm or inbound leads rather than pure cold outbound
- Strong written and spoken **English communication skills**
- Comfort speaking with business owners, founders, or operators
- Ability to build trust without pressure or scripted sales tactics
- Organized, consistent, and reliable with follow-up
- Comfortable working with Zoom, SMS, email, and CRM tools

The OTE range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $400,508 - $494,500. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
