• Manage the full lifecycle of vulnerabilities in operating systems, applications, and other assets • Identify, analyze, and prioritize vulnerabilities using industry-recognized methodologies • Assess the impact, severity, and risk of vulnerabilities, converting this information into clear indicators to support decision-making • Route vulnerabilities to the responsible teams and monitor remediation plans and deadlines • Provide technical support to teams during the vulnerability remediation process • Monitor metrics, track SLAs, and escalate to leadership when necessary • Support the continuous improvement of Vulnerability Management processes and the organization’s security posture

• We are seeking a PMO Intern (Project Management) to support the monitoring and control of our project activities, contributing to schedule organization, cross-team communication and visibility of delivery progress. • This person will have the opportunity to learn project management routines in a technology environment, working across different areas of IT4US, identifying points of attention, supporting status updates and contributing to improvements in tracking processes. **Main responsibilities** • Monitor project activities daily via Jira, tracking deadlines, status and deliverables across different teams; • Identify tasks approaching their due dates or overdue, contacting the responsible parties to understand the situation, challenges and revised expected deadlines; • Support the control and updating of project information, ensuring records are organized and up to date; • Prepare concise reports with activity status, identified issues, explanations and newly agreed deadlines; • Support periodic communication of project metrics and status to leadership; • Maintain an organized history of follow-ups performed and updates received; • Assist the PMO team in organizing routines and project management processes.

• Monitor Jira daily, tracking due dates for all tasks; • Identify overdue tasks and contact responsible parties to understand the reasons for the delay and agree on revised deadlines; • Prepare concise, objective reports on the status of delayed activities, revised deadlines, and justifications; • Send these reports to leadership periodically; • Maintain organized records of contacts made and updates received.

• Support mapping and organization of financial processes; • Assist in creating and improving internal controls; • Support preparation and updating of spreadsheets and reports; • Identify opportunities for improvement in the department's routines; • Support structuring of automated financial processes; • Assist in organizing financial documents and information; • Provide support to the finance team's requests.

• Implement and configure Google SecOps environments. • Onboard log sources using BindPlane, Syslog, APIs and other integration methods. • Configure and manage collectors and log ingestion pipelines. • Integrate different technologies. • Configure parsers, normalization (UDM), enrichment and validation of collected events. • Develop and tune detection rules and use cases. • Execute acceptance and validation testing of the platform. • Produce technical implementation documentation and operational procedures. • Collaborate with client technical teams throughout all phases of the project. • Support troubleshooting, adjustments and post-deployment optimizations.
