• Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business and technical stakeholders • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions • Develop business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle • Collaborate with architects and developers to align solutions with business needs • Support testing, create test cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies; recommend mitigation strategies • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and project teams • Facilitate workshops, demos, and status meetings • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences • Recommend business process improvements and automation opportunities • Mentor junior Business Analysts and share best practices • Contribute to documentation standards and requirements templates

• Support day-to-day product development activities • Establish liaison relationship with business partners and IT organization • Conduct data gathering and analysis • Develop, write, and communicate business requirements • Investigate problems and develop recommendations for resolution

• Immerse yourself in client workflows to understand how public health staff actually do their work, with particular depth in environmental health programs • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities that clients may not have articulated • Synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into coherent solution recommendations • Translate complex public health processes into clear user stories and acceptance criteria • Lead discovery sessions and workshops with health department staff • Serve as the voice of the client within our technical teams • Develop process flows, documentation, and visual aids that communicate the "why" behind solutions • Challenge assumptions and push back when proposed solutions don't fit client realities

• Design and maintain monthly and quarterly reports on project performance, timelines, and resource utilization • Develop and optimize dashboards in Jira and other BI tools to visualize key metrics • Support executive-level reporting with clear summaries and visualizations • Analyze historical data to forecast go-live date shifts, resource availability, and workload distribution • Collaborate with PMs to refine project planning models using real-time data • Ensure data integrity across Jira and related systems through regular audits and reconciliation • Maintain and improve data pipelines for tracking QA/UAT results, implementation workflows, and project milestones • Monitor and report on project health indicators including status trends, risk flags, and milestone adherence • Provide ad hoc analysis to support decision-making across implementation and scalability initiatives
