Trainee Business Analyst – Process, Documentation

Job Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Business Analysis or process management
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Interest in workflows, documentation, and internal systems
  • Basic familiarity with BPMN/UML/flowcharts
  • English B2+ for documentation and teamwork
  • Nice to have: Awareness of ISO 9001 or ISO 27001
  • Curiosity and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset
