• Deep-dive audience research: You dive into target audiences, analyze what truly triggers them, and develop high-performing ad angles. • Testing processes & strategies: You plan which formats, hooks & offers we test – fake podcast? UGC? Meme-style? You decide. • Writing scripts that convert: Direct-response copywriting is your daily business. You write scripts for TikTok & Meta ads that drive not just clicks but revenue. • Collaboration with editors: You provide feedback on edits and ensure the ads match your creative vision. • Analysis & optimization: You review results, identify what works, and scale it. • Testing new trends and formats: You stay up to date and bring fresh ideas that make a difference.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in creative strategy for Meta & TikTok ads at an agency or e‑commerce brand (or you’re an exceptional talent with a killer portfolio).
- Direct-response copywriting skills – writing scripts that sell is no problem for you.
- Creativity & performance mindset – you love testing new ideas while always keeping ROI in mind.
- Ownership & drive – you don’t need tight supervision; you want to shape processes and continually improve.
- Team spirit & a sense of humor – we work closely, support each other, and don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we’re always performance-focused.

Set up products with complete details (pricing, variants, images, SEO, etc.) including metafields and metaobjects. Integrate and manage apps across the Shopify ecosystem (email marketing, customer support, 3PL integrations, bundling/upsells, etc.).
