Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or Master’s degree in Technology Management or Business Administration preferred
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or digital platform delivery, with 5+ years in people leadership roles
- Proven experience delivering and operating enterprise-scale eCommerce platforms
- Hands-on experience with modern commerce technologies (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, headless commerce, composable architectures)
- Experience working in global retail, DTC, or consumer-facing digital environments strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional delivery teams and managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, web technologies, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with agile delivery, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and operational excellence
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical and delivery plans
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for customer experience, quality, and continuous improvement
- Experience managing, developing, and delivering multi-tenant eCommerce platforms
- Experience in AI-augmented SDLC for application development is a value add
- Extensive experience in application performance tuning and platform scalability
- Expertise in enabling tech strategies for digital/retail domains
- Extensive experience in Microservices, APIs, Cloud Native & Headless integrations
