• Create impactful experiences that make HR programs clear, engaging, and easy to understand • Boost engagement through compelling visuals and storytelling • Support content creation to allow HR teams to focus on their expertise • Establish templates, reusable assets, and design guidelines • Partner with HR, project and product teams to produce high-quality visuals and presentations • Gather, refine and publish HR newsletter content • Support content review and publishing of announcements on delivery channels • Provide content oversight for major HR communications and events • Improve existing program content to create engaging deliverables • Support project content and communication strategies from development to execution

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years in content creation, communication, graphic design, or digital media roles
  • Familiarity with HR or employee experience programs preferred
  • Proven ability to work effectively in remote environments and collaborate across global, matrixed organizations
  • Proficiency in design, presentation and communication/delivery tools (Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, ServiceNow, Marketing Cloud etc.)
  • Proficiency in multi-media content (video, newsletters, infographics, presentations, mock-ups)
  • Strong visual and communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex information into engaging content
  • Excellent collaboration and execution abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality content quickly and efficiently
  • Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing examples of design and content creation work
