Key Account Manager – Hospital and Ambulatory Monitoring
Philips
• Build and manage long-term relationships with hospitals and medical institutions. • Maximize order intake, sales results, and price realization. • Identify business opportunities within the assigned portfolio and provide value‑adding solutions. • Support the development and execution of local marketing strategies for H&AM. • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals. • Monitor KPIs and maintain accurate CRM data. • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth cooperation with key customers. • Collaborate cross‑functionally to address complex customer needs and ensure high satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- University degree (medical background is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in capital equipment or healthcare
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Good command of English and Polish
- High business acumen and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel intensively
- Experience with CRM, market analysis, and creating sales proposals is an advantage
