• Gestionar leads para maximizar conversiones. • Realizar asesorías personalizadas por WhatsApp, llamadas, email y reuniones virtuales/presenciales. • Explicar beneficios de los programas, resolver dudas y cerrar ventas. • Mantener seguimiento constante hasta la matrícula final. • Documentar y reportar métricas de avance y productividad en CRM. • Participar en ferias, webinars y actividades de captación. • Alcanzar y superar objetivos de ventas diarios, semanales y mensuales.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia en ventas de productos intangibles (planes, seguros, banco, telecomunicaciones, créditos, call center)
- Experiencia en tickets altos y manejo de leads fríos.
- Habilidad para persuadir y negociar, generando confianza en el cliente.
- Iniciativa y proactividad, con enfoque en resultados y resiliencia frente a la presión.
- Interés en el sector educativo y comprensión del impacto del trabajo.
- Deseable: Experiencia internacional o con clientes extranjeros.
- Conocimiento de Inglés
- Conocimiento básico de redes sociales y marketing digital.

Role Description California Surveying & Drafting Supply (CSDS) is growing! - and we’re looking for a few good candidates to join our Geospatial Solutions Sales team. As a Regional Sales Manager - Geospatial, you are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth within your assigned territory and industry sector. You will lead and support a team of sales professionals and be accountable for delivering annual sales of $10-20M, while upholding Cansel’s values and cultural commitments.
