Senior System Administrator

iLink Digital

• Provide remote IT support to US employees for system, network, and cloud-related issues. • Administer and manage Azure cloud services including VMs, AD, identity management, backup, and security. • Manage and support Office 365 applications such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. • Troubleshoot network issues involving firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and connectivity. • Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities. • Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure high availability and minimal downtime. • Handle incident, service requests, and problem management via ticketing systems. • Prepare and maintain documentation on system configurations and processes. • Collaborate effectively with US teams to ensure timely issue resolution. • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities including user provisioning and access control.

Job Requirements

  • Any UG/PG Degree with relevant Experience & MS Certified Eng (Preferred)
  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Sr System Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge in Azure administration.
  • Expertise in Office 365 setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VPN, firewalls).
  • Prior experience supporting US clients or teams is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with US end users.
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently during US shift hours.
