• Drive value delivery with current Gartner clients, ensuring clients maximize the value they receive from their Gartner services • Identify, cultivate, qualify and close client growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell • Continually build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to deliver against your sales metrics, ensuring KPI’s are met • Quota responsibility for your assigned territory • Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments • Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
Job Requirements
- 5-8+ years' B2B sales experience, preferably within complex, intangible sales environments
- Experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level Executives
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to own, manage, and forecast a complex sales process
- Willingness to conduct travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Role Description Alumil, one of the leading manufacturers of architectural aluminum systems, is looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales team. Are you ready to make an impact? We're seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive located in the vibrant Los Angeles area to elevate Alumil’s commercial footprint in California. In this role, you will forge powerful connections with developers, dealers, fabricators, and glazing contractors, providing customized solutions and technical support while championing the sales of Alumil’s top-tier European systems. - Develop and expand partnerships with window and door dealers, fabricators, architects, and contractors. - Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the assigned territory. - Promote Alumil’s high-performance aluminum systems with a consultative approach. - Provide basic technical support to partners. - Represent Alumil USA at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations. - Collaborate closely both with the U.S. & international operations teams to deliver excellent customer service. - Regularly report sales activity, market trends, and competitive insights. - Maintain CRM data accurately and consistently. Qualifications - Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the building materials, fenestration, or window and door sectors. - Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. - Prior exposure to aluminum window and door systems is advantageous. - Proven capability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently. - Technical proficiency and eagerness to familiarize oneself with Alumil’s product range. - Competent in the use of CRM software. - A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred. - Willingness to travel frequently within the west coast region. • Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities within the construction, industrial stormwater, and wastewater markets across the California region, with a focus on Southern California • Operate and work within our Mission-Driven Culture Core Values and Principles and encourage others to do the same • Scope and support projects involving treatment of complex industrial stormwater and process wastewater (e.g., heavy metals, TSS, pH adjustment, oil & grease) • Maintain a strong pipeline of treatment projects and follow through from opportunity to post-installation support • Partner with engineering and field operations teams to ensure seamless system deployment, commissioning, and support • Deliver educational presentations to contractors, industrial EHS teams, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders • Represent Clear Water Services at industry events, technical conferences, and regional compliance workshops • Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage client touchpoints, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy • Stay up-to-date on regional and federal stormwater and wastewater discharge regulations, treatment trends, and compliance drivers
