Work Schedule- 2nd Shift (India) Job Responsibilities - Identify, assess, and solve sophisticated business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Human Capital Management functions, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors - Lead the design, build, and testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, Orchestrate, API, RaaS, DT, Extend and supporting 3rd party coding - Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions. - Work with business to analyze, research, debug and resolve Workday Integration production related issues. - Identify opportunities to enhance integration performance, automate processes, and improve system efficiency. - Ensure integrations adhere to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards. - Lead integration testing activities, prepare test scripts, conduct Unit and UAT testing. - Write and maintain XSLT, and MVEL expressions to manipulate data and automate business logic within Workday Studio Integrations - Thoroughly document integration processes, configurations for future reference - Experience working in Agile environments, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field Additional Job Standards - 6+ years of demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building / RaaS, or software development - 4+ years of experience in Workday Integrations development, including Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services (SOAP, REST), Extend, and Workday APIs. - Prior Workday Extend experience, developing at least 2+ app use cases required. - Hands-on Workday experience developing and supporting end-to-end Integrations across multiple functions, such as Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Finance, Benefits, IT and Procurement - Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and launch) - Experience in leading a design session, reviewing, and assisting in the creation of project deliverables - Advanced skills with RaaS, EDI, Web Services, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technology - Experience in dealing with XML and JSON data structures - Proficiency in MVEL (MVFLEX Expression Language) and XSLT for writing custom business logic within Workday Studio Integrations. - Familiar with XML Transformations, Namespaces, XSD - Experience in dealing with SOAP and REST APIs - Familiar with ServiceNow case management - Adept working with agile methodologies and delivery - Effective communication skills in explaining complex concepts in simple terms and understanding HR internal and vendor processes - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer: Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
