Introduce new methodologies and technologies to enhance performance and meet design specifications. Provide deep technical expertise and support in audio system development, testing, and validation across the product lifecycle. • Conduct design reviews and both design and process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), partnering with our design and development partners to drive rigorous Design for Cost (DfX), supply chain, reliability, quality, and manufacturing methodologies across all phases of product development. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation through a culture of continuous learning. • Oversee the prototyping process, conduct testing, and verify audio systems performance and reliability against product requirements. Ensure all embedded software meets regulatory standards and industry best practices. Set quality and reliability specifications. • Troubleshoot complex audio design issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

• Support and optimize multiple client environments utilizing Citrix DaaS (Cloud Control Plane) • Administer Citrix DaaS environments across multiple customer tenants • Manage Machine Catalogs, Delivery Groups, policies, and session configurations • Maintain Cloud Connectors (availability, patching, lifecycle management) • Troubleshoot logon delays, performance degradation, and application delivery issues • Coordinate Citrix upgrades and version alignment across clients • Support on-prem resource locations (VMware, Nutanix AHV, Hyper-V) • Monitor VDA health, storage performance, and hypervisor capacity • Manage profile solutions (FSLogix, Citrix Profile Management) • Maintain AD integration, DNS, file services, and print services • Provide capacity planning recommendations aligned with client growth • Maintain secure remote access via Citrix Gateway Service or on-prem ADC • Support MFA integrations and zero-trust initiatives • Apply security patches to VDAs and Cloud Connectors • Monitor availability and user experience metrics • Respond to incidents and service requests within SLA targets • Perform root cause analysis and document corrective actions • Support DR design and periodic failover testing

• Deploying, upgrading, and maintaining High-Speed Data (HSD) infrastructure. • Managing vendor solutions supporting core platforms such as DNS, DHCP, and DOCSIS provisioning. • Ensuring compliance with security policies and maintaining high system availability. • Analyzing project requests to estimate time and cost. • Conducting training for new technology integration, technology upgrades, new product design, and implementation.
