Payment Operations Manager
OBRIO
• Взяти ownership за процесинг у новому регіоні. • Відкрити та підтримувати MID-портфоліо (технічні, юридичні параметри, pricing, reserve conditions). • Досліджувати локальний ринок провайдерів і платіжних можливостей. • Забезпечувати відповідність продукту вимогам локальних провайдерів та регуляторів. • Супроводжувати інтеграцію нових платіжних партнерів (разом із tech-командою). • Моніторити risk-метрики та впроваджувати preventive risk management відповідно до локальних IPS правил. • Виступати liaison між tech, product та payment командами. • Бути product owner для створення та розвитку admin-зони з управління платіжною інформацією.
Job Requirements
- 2+ роки досвіду у Big4 / аудиті / fintech / corporate finance.
- Розуміння принципів роботи онлайн-платежів, MID-структур та ризик-метрик.
- Вміння інтерпретувати дані та аналітичні звіти, бачити корнер-кейси.
- Здатність приймати рішення в умовах невизначеності.
- Сильні комунікаційні навички — вміння будувати trust з партнерами.
- Project management mindset — вміння тримати довгі процеси під контролем.
- Уважність до деталей у роботі з фінансовими та регуляторними вимогами.
- Corporate English (B2+, письмова комунікація — обов’язкова)
- Бажання бути овнером напряму, а не просто виконувати задачі.
