Associate Project Manager

• The Project Manager will manage the coordination, implementation, and completion of the research projects while remaining aligned with the strategy and objectives of the company. • Report directly to the Director of Research Operations to support the execution and delivery of all research projects. • Allocate project resources and monitor the progress, ensuring projects are well-positioned and flowing through the organization’s work streams. • Conduct screening and arrange the schedule for individuals participating in either focus group discussions or in-depth interviews. • Coordinate with the customer experience and research excellence teams to gather feedback and share the list of participants who completed the sessions. • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to the Director. • Manage the PO process, generating PO’s for ad-hoc projects, working with the customer experience team to ensure target margin is achieved. • Test surveys for quality, compliance, and best practices. • Ensure all project components are executed within scope and timeline.
Job Requirements
- Project management experience.
- Technical understanding of programming and experience in using survey platforms - preferably Alchemer or Qualtrics. (Nice to have)
- With a market research background and knowledge of research techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.
