• Recruit and onboard **15 new tutors per month** aligned with the company’s academic standards. • **Match tutors and students** within 48 hours of a request, ensuring a seamless experience for both sides. • Create and post **simple, engaging content on social media 4–5 times a week** (primarily on Instagram). • Use tools like **Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Canva, and Instagram** to manage tasks and collaborate with the team. • Assist with tutor negotiations, including discussing salary rates where necessary. • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth internal operations alongside the existing Ops teammate.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English with strong written/spoken communication skills.
- Comfortable negotiating and speaking confidently with new hires and team members.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Google Drive, Canva, and Instagram.
- Strong sense of aesthetics—able to recognise and maintain visual consistency (no design background needed).
