• Identify and onboard premium publishers within your assigned region • Build relationships with publisher owners, monetization teams, ad ops teams, and programmatic decision-makers • Lead outbound prospecting, discovery calls, partnership discussions, and commercial negotiations • Educate publishers on the value of our SSP, direct demand relationships, and monetization capabilities • Work closely with account management, ad operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth integrations and successful launches • Manage onboarding timelines and partner communication throughout the integration process • Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM tracking • Grow long-term publisher relationships focused on revenue performance and retention • Represent the COOL company within your regional programmatic ecosystem

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ad tech, SSPs, publisher monetization, programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, or publisher development
  • Existing relationships within the publisher ecosystem of your assigned market
  • Experience selling to, onboarding, managing, or growing publisher partnerships
  • Strong understanding of publisher monetization and programmatic advertising
  • Ability to independently source and close publisher opportunities
  • Fluency in English and the primary language of your assigned market
