• Independent responsibility for designing and developing ServiceNow solutions • Advising and supporting our clients in the deployment and use of ServiceNow • Consulting clients on software architecture and current development trends • Designing and building innovative solutions for digital transformation and automation • Continuously monitoring and evaluating technological developments, especially in the areas of enterprise architecture and enterprise workflows • Providing technical support during project acquisition and in expanding customer relationships • Carrying out implementations and delivering proposed solutions in the client environment • Independently organizing, executing and tracking the projects you take on or are responsible for • Developing and delivering technical standard and proposal presentations for specific target groups • Owning topics and further developing our ServiceNow-related portfolio • Building and growing a team of up to 10 employees and managing nearshore and offshore delivery units • Providing technical leadership and coaching to project teams (internal and external at client sites) • Playing a key role in implementation projects and in proposal preparation. Responsible for pre-sales activities • Acting as an experience and knowledge bearer for our employees and clients as a 'Trusted Advisor' • Delivering training offerings with advanced technical, professional and personal-development content for our internal staff
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics, a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist, or an equivalent qualification
- Excellent German and English skills (C1 or higher), both written and spoken
- At least 5 years of full-time professional experience, ideally with several years in technical leadership roles
- Experience preparing cost estimates and handling customer proposals
- Several years of software development experience
- Experience as a project manager with multidisciplinary Scrum or DevOps teams
- Extensive experience in IT service management and project management
- Solid knowledge of current architecture trends and common development processes
- Preferably experience in one of the following industries: automotive, insurance, or banking
- At least 5 years of customer-facing experience and in planning and implementing enterprise architecture, preferably with ServiceNow
- Ideally certified as an ITIL® Expert, Prince2® Practitioner, and holding at least 3 ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM (Professional), CIS-RC, CIS-PPM, CIS-APM, or CAD)
