• Work on the implementation and customization of ServiceNow modules • Gather requirements from business areas • Translate needs into efficient technical solutions • Configure workflows, forms, integrations and automations • Ensure platform best practices and governance • Support testing, user acceptance and deployment of solutions • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Job Requirements

  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL or service management processes
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and development on the platform
  • Good communication and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • English (a plus)
