Data Analyst

GoMining

• Analyze marketing and product data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities. • Design and maintain dashboards and visual reports using BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI). • Build analytical and forecasting models based on product, financial, and behavioral data. • Work with datasets related to fintech, payments, crypto, and transaction-based systems. • Analyze financial product performance, including payments, lending, brokerage, or digital asset flows. • Support analytics for crypto / Web3 products and digital asset ecosystems. • Prepare technical documentation and maintain data dictionaries for the analytics function. • Support automation of analytical processes, reporting pipelines, and recurring workflows. • Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment. • Present insights to stakeholders in a structured, clear, and actionable format.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills and practical experience with Python (pandas, numpy, visualization libraries).
  • Proficiency with BI tools: Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, clean data, and identify statistical patterns.
  • Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle analytics (LTV, Churn, Retention).
  • Understanding of marketing and sales performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion metrics).
  • Skills in forecasting and building predictive or statistical models.
  • English level B2/C1 — able to communicate clearly in international teams.

What You’ll Be Doing: - Build and maintain critical data transformations, business reports, and dashboards that effectively communicate insights across the organization. - Collaborate with team leaders regularly to make our data and methodologies come to life. - Identify areas of analytic and automation opportunity within IPSY and work with great focus to implement your vision. - Utilize best practices to ensure that work products run efficiently, conform to business needs, and respond to operational issues in a timely manner. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other quantitative field, with a track record of academic excellence strongly preferred. - 3+ years of experience performing analysis for an e-commerce, internet, or technology company. - Excellent SQL and data warehouse skills, and experience writing complex queries on large data sets. - Expertise with data visualization and dashboard tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent. - Superb communicator with a strong eye for business and social skills. - History of deriving actionable insights from complex data sets. - Understanding of statistics concepts.
