Senior Data Analyst

Voicemod

• Use data and insights to guide Voicemod's monetization and pricing strategy. • Drive MRR growth through rigorous analysis user behavior, funnel optimization, and pricing experiments. • Generate actionable insights that improve product engagement, retention, and conversion. • Transition the monetization team into an AI-driven, data self-service model. • Communicate complex findings clearly through creative data visualization and storytelling. • Help build the "Business Insights Platform" — an AI-powered self-service tool for teams across the org.

Job Requirements

  • Master's or PhD in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, with a focus on product analytics, monetization, or pricing strategy.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale data warehouses.
  • Advanced skills in Python or R for statistical analysis, modeling, and automation.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with product analytics and tracking tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Snowplow, or Segment.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (professional level required).
  • A passion for Voicemod's mission, products, and the intersection of technology and creative expression.

What You’ll Be Doing: - Build and maintain critical data transformations, business reports, and dashboards that effectively communicate insights across the organization. - Collaborate with team leaders regularly to make our data and methodologies come to life. - Identify areas of analytic and automation opportunity within IPSY and work with great focus to implement your vision. - Utilize best practices to ensure that work products run efficiently, conform to business needs, and respond to operational issues in a timely manner. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other quantitative field, with a track record of academic excellence strongly preferred. - 3+ years of experience performing analysis for an e-commerce, internet, or technology company. - Excellent SQL and data warehouse skills, and experience writing complex queries on large data sets. - Expertise with data visualization and dashboard tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent. - Superb communicator with a strong eye for business and social skills. - History of deriving actionable insights from complex data sets. - Understanding of statistics concepts.
