• Act as a product designer within a cross-functional full-stack product team, contributing to team-level outcomes and shared KPIs • Lead the design process in discovery: from problem framing and task clarification to hypotheses, concepts, validation, and delivery • Translate complex business processes into scalable UX solutions for a Web SaaS CRM platform • Design interfaces for multi-step workflows, admin panels, configuration flows, tables, roles, permissions, and operational scenarios • Think beyond a single use case or client request and design solutions that can work across different companies, industries, and business models • Build abstractions from specific business cases and turn them into reusable, flexible product patterns • Challenge requirements and product assumptions by asking “what if” questions: what happens if there are 10 options, 100 scenarios, different user roles, or another business process • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiries, and workflow analysis to uncover user needs, business logic, constraints, and friction points • Develop hypotheses and validate them through prototypes, usability testing, analytics, and iterative feedback • Collaborate closely with engineers to understand technical constraints, implementation logic, APIs, frontend limitations, and system dependencies • Prepare clear design documentation that helps engineers understand not only how the interface should look, but why it should work this way • Apply existing design system components and patterns; contribute to the growth of Kyivstar’s corporate design system when existing solutions are insufficient • Use product analytics and qualitative feedback to evaluate the impact of design decisions and improve usability, efficiency, and scalability • Provide design QA during implementation to ensure that delivery matches both visual quality and product intent • Optionally use AI-based tools, prototyping tools, low-code/no-code, or vibe-coding approaches to explore ideas, structure tasks, validate assumptions, or speed up design workflows

• Адмініструвати та підтримувати Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive). • Керувати користувачами, групами, ліцензіями, ролями та доступами. • Підтримувати Microsoft Intune (політики, профілі, захист застосунків, розгортання ПЗ, реєстрація пристроїв). • Адмініструвати Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, MFA, Enterprise Applications, RBAC). • Підтримувати Azure-інфраструктуру та compute-ресурси (Virtual Machines, Networking, Backup, Monitor, Log Analytics), виконувати моніторинг, troubleshooting та планування ресурсів. • Автоматизовувати адміністративні задачі за допомогою PowerShell. • Аналізувати інциденти, працювати з журналами аудиту та взаємодіяти з Microsoft Support. • Документувати рішення та підтримувати актуальність технічної документації.

• Lead the administration and evolution of Microsoft Active Directory in a complex enterprise environment. • Own Exchange and Exchange Hybrid (on-premises and Exchange Online), ensuring reliability, security, and seamless coexistence. • Design, operate, and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including certificate lifecycle management. • Administer and develop Microsoft 365 / Entra ID identity services, roles, and access models. • Implement and support ADFS / SSO and federation scenarios for internal and external applications. • Ensure secure access control, authentication, and authorization across platforms. • Collaborate with network, platform, and application teams on identity-related integrations. • Drive continuous improvement of identity and messaging architectures and operational practices.

• Розробляти та реалізовувати стратегію платного залучення користувачів для мобільного додатку та вебсайту TutTam. • Запускати, аналізувати та оптимізувати рекламні кампанії в Google Ads, Meta Ads та інших рекламних платформах. • Шукати та тестувати нові канали залучення користувачів. • Проведення A/B тести рекламних креативів, аудиторій, повідомлень та посадкових сторінок. • Аналізувати ефективність кампаній та формувати рекомендації для покращення результатів. • Відстежувати та покращувати ключові маркетингові метрики: CAC, CPA, ROAS, Retention, Conversion Rate та інші. • Працювати з GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel та іншими інструментами аналітики й атрибуції. • Брати участь у підготовці рекламних матеріалів разом із дизайнером та продуктовою командою. • Формувати звітність та дашборди для оцінки ефективності маркетингових активностей. • Брати участь у формуванні та перевірці growth-гіпотез для розвитку продукту.

• Аналізувати, класифікувати та розслідувати сповіщення безпеки, інциденти і підозрілу активність (L2/L3) • Розробляти та оптимізувати правила кореляції, сценарії виявлення загроз, дашборди, алерти та звіти в SIEM • Інтегрувати нові джерела логів у SIEM, налаштовувати парсери та нормалізацію подій • Розвивати use cases і playbooks реагування на інциденти • Взаємодіяти з командами інфраструктури та мереж • Готувати інцидентні звіти, технічні висновки й рекомендації • Брати участь у PoC/Pilot SIEM-рішень, оцінці нових інструментів та розвитку SOC-архітекту

• Provide tax advisory support to internal business units across the company. • Support tax aspects of business processes, including participation in the development of policies, procedures, and new accounting processes; review of contracts, projects, initiatives, and marketing activities to ensure tax compliance. • Manage tax risks, including their identification, assessment, and documentation. • Participate in the preparation of tax reporting in one of the following areas: corporate income tax, VAT. • Coordinate and deliver tax reporting packages to the headquarters, ensuring consistency of key messages and conclusions. • Maintain ongoing communication with the headquarters on all tax-related matters. • Coordinate with external tax advisors (BIG4) and manage deliverables across various tax projects. • Ensure adherence to internal tax control procedures and support the execution of internal control frameworks. • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company’s business operations. • Participate in all types of tax audits, including preparation of responses and supporting documentation.
