Senior Business Development Manager – Software Sales

Confisa International Group

• Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing PDES opportunities. • Cultivate credible, long-term relationships with prospects and customers to encourage repeat business. • Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly sales revenue targets (recognized and collected). • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely records of contact and opportunity information. • Identify and develop new accounts while expanding business within existing accounts. • Attend and represent the company at various business and industry meetings, conferences and trade shows. • Implement a comprehensive channel and partner strategy with multipoint lead generation to maximize outreach. • Leverage existing networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities. • Set customer expectations consistent with Happiest Minds’ service offerings and delivery capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Hunting with focus in Mfg Clients.
  • Proven track record in IT services sales with a focus on software solutions and services.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and a well-established network of industry connects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to Travel extensively
