• Own the global deal desk function end-to-end • Build the processes, policies, and team required to support high-velocity and high-complexity sales • Act as the final control point for non-standard deals while enabling reps to close efficiently • Design and enforce deal approval frameworks across our sales-led business • Own global pricing and discounting guardrails in partnership with Finance and Product • Review and approve non-standard deal terms, including pricing, contract structure, and commercial concessions • Build scalable workflows for deal approvals, contract generation, and exception handling • Partner with Sales leadership to increase win rates and reduce deal cycle times • Act as primary liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, and RevOps during deal negotiations • Partner with Accounting to establish policies for international expansion (currency, tax, local terms, compliance) • Analyze deal data to identify leakage, inefficiencies, and pricing inconsistencies • Hire and lead a global deal desk team

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of national initiatives focused on suicide care policy and health system transformation • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget • Develop and implement strategies to expand adoption of evidence-based suicide care practices across health systems and payers • Collaborate closely with internal leadership to align efforts across Action Alliance initiatives • Build and sustain relationships with health plans, health systems, policymakers, funders, and national partners • Facilitate collaboration and consensus among diverse stakeholders to advance shared goals • Represent EDC and the Action Alliance at national meetings, conferences, and external forums • Serve as a subject matter expert on suicide care within national strategy and evaluation efforts

How you’ll make an impact in this role - Leads systematic nursing quality improvement and safety initiatives through gap assessments and data analysis, leveraging collaborative systems thinking to deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care and outcomes. - Drives the translation of best evidence and NDNQI insights into nursing practice and facilitates the integration of multiple programs and disciplines across the healthcare system to ensure positive patient outcomes. - Creates and develops evidence-based policies, procedures, protocols, and best practice models/guidelines using advanced clinical and specialty knowledge. - Utilizes advanced clinical knowledge and communication skills through role modeling, consultation, and education with nurses and healthcare providers to support nursing practice and improve patient outcomes. - Assists nurses and the inter-professional team to evaluate and change practice standards and ensure nursing practice is evidence-based. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: - Master's degree in nursing required. What additional preferences we're seeking - Clinical Nurse Specialist with system experience strongly preferred. - Doctoral Degree (DNP or PhD) preferred.
