• Guide design from concept to execution across social, web, and digital campaigns, including interactive and motion-based work • Translate ideas, briefs, and early concepts into clear visual directions, often working from loosely defined starting points • Contribute daily to social media storytelling by developing concepts and producing high-quality visual assets • Collaborate on the development of thought leadership campaigns, bringing a strong point of view on how to communicate ideas visually • Design and prototype interactive experiences that make complex content engaging and accessible • Bring an editorial mindset to visual storytelling, shaping how ideas are structured, sequenced, and delivered across channels • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigating feedback and revisions with professionalism and clarity • Contribute to the evolution of EDC’s brand and digital presence, including website and cross-channel experiences • Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and components that support consistency and efficiency • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution

• Design of print and digital projects, including, but not limited to documents, reports, presentations, social media assets, event collateral, infographics, email assets, websites, and videos • Collaborate with senior leads and project managers to understand the scope, expectations, budget and timeline for each product deliverable • Work and adapt from existing concepts, branding guidelines, and templates to create cohesive, consistent, high-quality deliverables • Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately, including copy edits and multiple design revisions

• Own and improve the end-to-end security investigation lifecycle to strengthen detection accuracy and overall security posture. • Manage incident response, including triage, containment, and remediation. • Support the implementation of security practices for AI-enabled systems (e.g., OpenAI, CoPilot, AWS Bedrock, and CrewAI). • Partner with engineering teams to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and provide guidance on secure development practices to support both security and delivery speed. • Build and enhance security automation using scripting, APIs, SOAR platforms, and cloud-native tools. • Support risk management activities, policies, assessments, and audits. • Stay current on emerging threats and evolving security technologies, including AI-driven attack and defense techniques.

• Architect and develop full-stack applications that align with EDC’s AI & Digital Transformation strategy and drive high-priority business outcomes • Implement modular “Lego-block” architectures that are reusable and interoperable across business development, programmatic, and core business systems through API-first, cloud-native solutions • Integrate responsible AI by leveraging AWS Bedrock, CrewAI, and other AI services to design and deploy agentic AI teams and intelligent solutions • Streamline enterprise workflows by replacing manual processes with reliable, scalable, and automated digital systems • Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, program, and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable technical products • Ensure security, privacy, and accessibility by upholding EDC’s data governance and compliance standards across all solutions • Contribute to the Reference Architecture for Agentic AI which will serve as the blueprint for deploying and governing AI agents safely, efficiently, and at scale • Mentor and share knowledge across engineering and AI/Data communities to promote best practices in cloud-native, AI-enabled design • Continuously improve development processes through automation, observability, and agile, iterative delivery that reflects EDC’s learning culture

• Lead the Architecture and Development of full-stack applications that align with EDC’s AI & Digital Transformation strategy and drive high-priority business outcomes. • Establish and steward engineering standards for cloud-native, API-First, and AI-enabled development, including CI/CD practices, testing patterns, observability, and security. • Define and implement modular “Lego-block” architectures that are reusable and interoperable across business development, programmatic, and core business systems through API-first, cloud-native solutions. • Integrate responsible AI by leveraging AWS Bedrock, CrewAI, and other AI services to design and deploy agentic AI teams and intelligent solutions. • Streamline enterprise workflows by replacing manual processes with reliable, scalable, and automated digital systems. • Evaluate technical tradeoffs and provide clear recommendations on build vs. buy, short-term vs. long-term solutions, and architectural risk. • Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, program, and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable technical products. • Ensure security, privacy, and accessibility by upholding EDC’s data governance and compliance standards across all solutions. • Contribute to the Reference Architecture for Agentic AI which will serve as the blueprint for deploying and governing AI agents safely, efficiently, and at scale. • Mentor and share knowledge across engineering and AI/Data communities to promote best practices in cloud-native, AI-enabled design. • Continuously improve development processes through automation, observability, and agile, iterative delivery that reflects EDC’s learning culture.

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of national initiatives focused on suicide care policy and health system transformation • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget • Develop and implement strategies to expand adoption of evidence-based suicide care practices across health systems and payers • Collaborate closely with internal leadership to align efforts across Action Alliance initiatives • Build and sustain relationships with health plans, health systems, policymakers, funders, and national partners • Facilitate collaboration and consensus among diverse stakeholders to advance shared goals • Represent EDC and the Action Alliance at national meetings, conferences, and external forums • Serve as a subject matter expert on suicide care within national strategy and evaluation efforts

• Provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment across Action Alliance initiatives with the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention • Support integration of policy, health system transformation, research, crisis care, communications, and data initiatives • Advise the Secretariat Director on strategic opportunities and implementation strategies • Lead Action Alliance Strategic Plan development efforts • Stay abreast of emerging trends in suicide prevention • Provide strategic support and supervision to Project Directors • Support cultivation and maintenance of relationships with executive leaders • Represent the Action Alliance externally on strategic issues • Support consensus-building among diverse public and private sector partners

• Lead the design and implementation of evaluation frameworks across projects. • Provide senior oversight to evaluation staff and TTA providers, ensuring clear roles, methodological rigor, and consistency. • Manage evaluation timelines, tasks, and deliverables across multiple projects for both individual and team workloads. • Develop and refine logic models, theories of change, and evaluation designs for project initiatives. • Ensure rigorous qualitative and quantitative methods while balancing feasibility and scientific integrity. • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with external partners, addressing challenges and promoting shared understanding across organizations. • Guide the development of evaluation tools, frameworks, and resources to support workgroups, community pilots, and ZSI clients. • Translate evaluation findings into clear, actionable insights for funders, communities, behavioral health systems, and other partners, including substantive contributions to final reports and deliverables. • Represent evaluation priorities in senior-level meetings, cross-site workgroups, and external forums. • Mentor and supervise evaluation staff, fostering methodological excellence and professional growth. • Partner closely with Project Directors to align evaluation needs, staffing, and communication across project teams. • Manage competing priorities while ensuring alignment of evaluation activities across teams.
