Executive Associate – Business Development

• Initiative follow through, including clear next steps, owners, deadlines, and status updates. • Project coordination across teams to keep CEO led priorities moving forward. • Project trackers, templates, and lightweight communication plans that make execution simple • Coordination of inputs for proposals, presentations, and customer facing deliverables when needed. • Blocker tracking and escalation, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and do not stall progress. • Process documentation and standards for recurring workflows tied to CEO initiatives. • Support for key events and company initiatives connected to CEO priorities. • Calendar coordination and administrative tasks tied to the initiatives you own. • Provide presentation support, including but not limited to department and corporate themes, company-wide meetings, and annual conferences and events. • Lead and or participate in analytical studies, research studies, and other special projects within all organizational disciplines. • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in consulting-based role, project coordination, or fast paced support roles
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and translate knowledge to new situations.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and problem solve to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and follow through across multiple workstreams
  • High attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information, and comfort working with executives and customers.
