Business Development Manager – Software Sales

**Key Responsibilities:** • Sales Target: Independently achieve a target through proactive business development and sales strategies. • Product Demonstration and Training: Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our software solutions to potential clients. • Lead Generation: Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities. • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. The role requires significant interaction with clients/ prospective clients, partners and Azeus personnel which may be face-to-face or using other communications media.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region.
- Educational background in Business Management, (Computer Science background is a plus).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Govern and steer strategic initiatives within the business unit and ensure alignment with corporate objectives, and prepare and present strategic updates and recommendations to the executive board and senior management • Develop country-specific strategies to drive revenue growth and monitor measurable impact • Lead go-to-market activities to identify new business opportunities • Shape product and portfolio management according to market requirements and optimize the supply chain to increase regional competitiveness and cost efficiency • Define operational excellence and track operational milestones and KPIs (on-time, on-cost, on-quality)
