E-commerce Project Manager

• Own end-to-end management of e-commerce projects • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals • Break projects into actionable tasks, timelines, and milestones • Proactively identify risks, delays, and blockers and resolve them • Act as the main liaison between marketing, development, design, QA, and operations teams • Follow up consistently with team members to ensure accountability • Maintain clarity on priorities and next steps across all stakeholders • Escalate issues clearly and professionally when required • Build and manage workflows using Notion • Maintain clear documentation, task boards, timelines, and status reports • Optimize processes to improve execution speed and reduce friction • Ensure smooth handoffs between teams and phases of work • Manage projects related to product launches, website updates and redesigns, landing pages, promotions, and campaigns • Understand the full e-commerce customer journey (product pages, checkout, post-purchase flow) • Coordinate launches and ensure readiness across teams before go-live • Support post-launch reviews, fixes, and optimizations • Provide clear, concise project updates to leadership • Track and report on progress, risks, and outcomes • Maintain professional, well-structured written communication at all times
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in an E-commerce environment
- Hands-on experience managing website launches, product rollouts, or digital campaigns
- Strong proficiency with Notion
- Prior experience using ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools
- Excellent written and spoken English (non-negotiable)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail
