Manager, Portfolio Management
Pearson VUE
• Participate in pre-sales discovery and post-sales program execution with external enterprise clients and internal Pearson teams. • Serve as the primary client interface post-sales for India-based and international clients. • Define and refine custom learning solutions and champion learning outcomes. • Lead solution development across content and training formats, including digital courseware, instructor-led training, and blended learning models. • Collaborate with cross-functional, global team including sales, product, instructional design, production, and delivery to translate client goals into scalable learning solutions. • Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise training projects—from scoping and budgeting to contract management, development, deployment, and post-launch support. • Create presentations and documentation for internal and client-facing consumption. • Oversee project P&L, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and internal standards. • Maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for future engagement. • Stay current on industry and technology trends, learning modalities, and enterprise training needs to inform solution design. • Represent Pearson at client meetings, industry events, and internal strategy sessions. • Manage a small team of associates, leading, guiding, motivating, and developing at an individual and team level to align to business goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise content development, training deployment, client portfolio management, or business relationship management.
- Demonstrated supervisory or team lead experience.
- Proven success in managing complex, multi-format learning projects for enterprise clients or industry partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and content teams.
