Contract Manager – Infrastructure Maintenance
RATP Dev USA
• Provide technical support to project teams on changes affecting the infrastructure • Manage operations and maintenance activities • Provide technical expertise on telecom systems in production • Provide Level 2 technical support for supervision and maintenance teams • Keep reference documentation up to date and ensure compliance with project and maintenance partners • Oversee contract holders/vendors responsible for maintenance services • Manage support and subcontracting contracts
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or Telecommunications (or equivalent)
- More than 10 years of experience in networks/telecom
- Skills in telecommunications, networking, radio, and IP
- Technical knowledge of networks and telecommunications
- Knowledge of quality procedures and ITIL processes
- Technical English
