Job Requirements
- Minimum D3 Diploma in related field or minimum 1-2 years’ experience in telemarketing, sales, customer relations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Have a passion and understanding of the digital space and tools (Ecommerce, Marketplaces, Social Media, Digital Marketing, e-Wallets etc.)
- Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
- Experience in marketplace, ecommerce platform/industries will be an added advantage
- Is innovative and possess problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
