• Develop clear, compelling copy for digital, print, video, and integrated campaigns that support Fluke’s key priorities, including software adoption and connected reliability. • Craft narratives that resonate with technical audiences while reinforcing Fluke’s leadership in safety, reliability, and digital transformation. • Create headlines, scripts, taglines, customer stories, and value propositions across SaaS, CMMS, and hardware‑software ecosystems. • Maintain and evolve Fluke’s brand voice across global channels. • Translate complex SaaS, CMMS, and cloud‑connected product capabilities into accessible, accurate, and user‑focused content. • Partner with Product Marketing, UX, Product Management, and subject‑matter experts to articulate benefits, workflows, and use cases for industrial and software audiences. • Write content for product pages, feature announcements, release notes, onboarding flows, microcopy, solution briefs, landing pages, and training materials. • Support content for dashboards, asset management workflows, predictive tools, APIs, and connected ecosystems. • Create discoverable, high‑performing content optimized for search and intent. • Work with Digital teams to align on keyword strategy and user search behavior. • Produce structured content for FAQs, how‑to guides, resource articles, and web pages. • Continuously refine content based on analytics and testing. • Partner with designers, art directors, videographers, and producers on integrated creative work. • Align messaging with Brand, Product Marketing, UX, and Commercial teams—especially during software launches. • Participate in brainstorms, creative reviews, and concept development. • Manage feedback from multiple stakeholders with clarity and a solutions‑focused mindset. • Manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment while meeting deadlines and quality standards. • Ensure all content meets brand, legal, accessibility, and technical requirements. • Contribute to writing guidelines, templates, and documentation. • Collaborate with external partners on translation and localization when needed. • Stay current on SaaS messaging trends, UX writing practices, and emerging content formats. • Explore new tools, including AI‑assisted writing, to improve efficiency and creativity. • Advocate for customer‑centric storytelling rooted in empathy and insight.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Technical Writing, or equivalent experience.
- 3–7 years of professional writing experience in SaaS, CMMS, B2B tech, or a creative/agency environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong writing across formats (product copy, UX writing, digital, campaigns, scripts, release notes, emails, etc.).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, managing feedback, and adapting messaging.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, iterative environments.
