Copywriter
AUTODOC
• Improving communication in emails and push with our clients. • Create and launch marketing campaigns in emails and push notifications across 27 countries. • Set tasks for designers and copywriters. • Deep dive to the segmentation process in our team. • Analyze reports, figure out how to improve key metrics. • Conduct lots of A/B tests and hypothesis validation. • Research for new ideas in CRM marketing and their implementation in the project.
Job Requirements
- 2 years or more experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, retention, or lifecycle.
- Understanding and working with basic email marketing formats: promotional, triggered, transactional letters.
- Experience with channels: Email, App-push, In-app, Web push, and other notifications.
- Spam filters: how it works, do's/don't.
- Working with drag-n-drop email builders.
- Basic experience in collecting mailing lists: forms, popups, etc.
- Ability to analyze work and find the best solution.
- Creativity combined with analytical thinking.
